Features:

  • Easy to mix and print. Very good supple print with ability to stretch and regain original shape. Passes all requirements for major brands RSL and government regulations. Passes major brand durabliity tests including 5 X 60 wash testing. Excellent adhesion. Intense and low crocking colors. Does not contain PVC, lead, phthalates, formaldehyde or APEOs.

Instructions:

On 100% Polyester: Apply one layer of EKO Barrier Black, flash; then, apply 2 layers of EKO LB White and cure. Poly cotton requires print-flash-print-flash and then apply the top color.

Recommendation:

Dye migration from the fabric might occur several days after printed. Due to the great diversity of existing fibers, we can't guarantee its effectiveness in all cases. We recommend to use a stencil with a well-tense mesh (minimum 20 N/cm) to achieve optimal results. Do not iron the printed area, do not dry-clean.

Union Ink does not knowingly add plasticizers containing the phthalates listed and outlined in California Bill 1108, CPSIA HR-4040 and Oeko-tex Standard 100. The plasticizers identified may include di-(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP), dibutyl phthalate (DBP), benzyl butyl phthalate (BBP), diisononyl phthalate (DINP), diisodecyl phthalate (DIDP), di-n-octyl phthalate (DnOP), (DIBP) Di-iso-butyl, and (DMP) Dimethylphthalate, including esters of ortho-phthalic acid and are not direct ingredients in the manufacture of our Non-Phthalate Inks. Union Ink does not test the final product for amounts of the aforementioned phthalate plasticizers and esters and encourages all users to conduct testing for their intended use.
