GENERAL INFORMATION:

Static buildup can be caused by a number of environmental variables including:

• Lack of humidity in the printing environment;
• Printing a urethane squeegee on a dry screen;
• Printing paper on a flat bed that has a static charge;
• Printing synthetic substrates that are prone to static buildup due to friction and various other causes.

Adding ANTI-STAT to a plastisol in the recommended ratios should not affect any other printing characteristics such as shelf life, washability and printability.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

The recommended addition of PLUS-9116 ANTI-STAT is 0.5-3% by weight. To ensure consistent results over time, care should be taken to measure and record the exact portion of PLUS-9116 that achieved the desired effect.

Due to the formulation of PLUS-9116, ANTI-STAT Additive can be easily stirred directly into the plastisol by hand. Be sure to test thoroughly before attempting to use in production.
