PRODUCT NAME: PAVONINE BINDER BING CODE: PARM-9006

A nonionic non-gelling soft acrylic emulsion that is compatible with a wide range of auxiliaries and nonionic and anionic pigments. Inks made with this binder are not prone to pigment related viscosity variations.

 

HAZARDOUS MATERIAL INFORMATION:

 

Components are not listed in 29 CFR 1910.1000, Subpart Z or ACGIH threshold limit values (TLV). Container label should read:

 

HEALTH - 1; FLAMMABILITY - 0; REACTIVITY - 0; PERSONAL PROTECTION - B

 

Application: As a general rule, use at a one-to-one ratio of color-to-binder, but, the minimum amount of binder should not be less than 5% regardless of how little pigment is used. A maximum of 18% should insure washability regardless of how much standard or fluorescent pigment is used.

 

Fixing: 320?F for 1? minutes in a dryer with good airflow should set PAVONINE BING Binder. 0.5% PAVAFIX A can be used to achieve washability when adequate drier is unavailable.

 

Shelf Life: 1 year if kept tightly sealed in a cool area and not allowed to freeze.
